4. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart, which we may accept or decline.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If this happens after payment, we will inform you and process a refund for that order.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Easebuzz. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
- Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Shipping
We offer free shipping across India, with orders delivered within one business week of dispatch, primarily through our courier partner DTDC (and Delhivery or India Post where applicable). Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, as outlined in our Refund Policy. We encourage you to review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
