At Indian Handlooms and Textiles, we want your handloom pieces to reach you as quickly and safely as they were woven. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Free Shipping, Across India
We offer free shipping on every order, anywhere in India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are delivered within one business week from the date of dispatch. While most orders arrive well within this window, please allow for the full week before reaching out about a delay, especially during festive seasons or sale periods when courier volumes are higher.
Our Courier Partners
We ship the vast majority of our orders through DTDC, our primary courier partner. For pin codes that DTDC doesn't service directly, we route orders through Delhivery or India Post to make sure your order still reaches you.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email so you can follow it right to your doorstep.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is packed and shipped.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and phone number at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of order, and we're unable to redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before dispatch.
Delayed or Undelivered Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to our support team with your order number. We'll track the shipment with our courier partner and keep you updated until it's resolved.
Damaged Shipments
While we package every order carefully to protect the fabric and finish of your handloom pieces, if your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we'll look into it for you.
