Our Policy
All sales on Indian Handlooms and Textiles are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged — for any reason, including size, color preference, or change of mind.
This applies to every product across all categories, including handloom 3-piece sets, 2-piece sets, frocks, feeding frocks, and plus-size collections.
Why We Follow This Policy
Operating at wholesale prices means our margins are built around final-sale pricing, not return logistics. A no-return policy lets us keep offering genuine handloom quality at affordable rates, rather than building return costs into the price of every product. Since we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, we strongly recommend the following before placing your order:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While returns and exchanges aren't available, we still want to make things right if something goes wrong on our end. If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging as received
Our team will review and assist you on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart carefully — sizes, quantities, and product details — before completing checkout.
